SELF CATERING FLAT

	With a capacity for 4 people, this two-star self-catering flat is located on the ground floor of the owners’ house. The total surface area is 60 sq.m.. Your pets will be welcome subject to owners’ agreement.
	A covered terrace with garden chairs and a table will allow you to make the most of the barbecue.
	Your children will really enjoy the open space to the rear of the flat, with swings to play on.

	Living-room with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven), table for 6 to 8 guests, a stow-away bed. The Norwegian wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere.

	One bedroom with a double bed (140) and the possibility to add a baby bed.

One bedroom with 2 single beds (90).

- Shower-room, separate toilet with washing machine.
- The self catering flat equipped with electric heating, Norvegian wood-burning stove, T.V. set and Internet connexion.
- We can lend you a baby bed, a bathtub, a baby-changing mattress and high chair.
- The bathroom linen, the household linen and sheets are supplied. When you arrive, the beds will be made for 4 persons maximum.
- We pay special attention to the well-being of all and give a warm welcome to everyone

Rate per week, season 2010 :

- Low season (2/1/12 au 7/4/12, 3/11/12 au 22/12/12) : 220 euros
- mid season (5/5/12 au 30/6/12, 1/9/12 au 27/10/12) : 275 euros
- school holidays (7/4/12 au 5/5/12, 27/10/12 au 3/11/12, 2//12/12 au /5/1/13) : 286 euros
- high season (30/6/12 au 14/7/12 et du 18/8/12 au 1/9/12) : 297 euros
- very high season (14/7/12 au 18/8/12) : 319 euros
- week-end : 143 euros
- 3 nights : 176 euros
- 4 nights : 198 euros

- Tax : 0.50 euros per night per person
- Security deposit: 230 € to pay upon arrival and only partially or totally cashed in if the flat is damaged
- Electricity: 0.12 € per Kwh above 15 Kwh used per day over 13 years
- From July to September: all inclusive (electricity and water)

- The bathroom linen, the household linen and sheets are supplied. When you arrive, the beds will be made for 4 persons maximum.
- Cleaning: guests should clean the self catering flat during their stay and before they leave. If you want, we can do the cleaning when you leave for 30 €. However, dishes, cutlery and crockery should be clean and put away in their original place.

Arrival and departure:
- Renting for a week : arrival at 4.00 pm, departure at 10.00 am
- Renting for a week-end : arrival at 6.00 pm, departure at 6.00 pm
